Father's Day Pics

We were lucky enough to spend our Father's Day with our Dads last weekend. We first went to a Father's Day BBQ at the Beach Club that we belong to, visited Gwen's Gigi, then headed to a restaurant on the water later for dinner, and ended the night back to my dad's for some quality time by the fire pit.

It was quite relaxing, and I am pretty sure I heard "This is perfect" a few times! :)

I honestly cannot believe that tomorrow is Friday already! OR that June is almost over! Crazy!

Prayers

I am sending multiple prayers out tonight...

...to my family members who are mourning a loss. I wish I could fix it. I pray that the pain eases. I hope that you lean on us when needed. I wish I could hug you RIGHT now.

...that my grandfather heals quickly, and that he gets his butt up to NJ immediately! I cannot wait for their arrival!

...that my friend and fellow blogger Brittany's dad stays strong and has a speedy recovery.

...that you all realize what you have in life. It' short. Do not take advantage of it.

...I pray that I make Jason's Father's Day all that he wants it to be. Gwen and I are so blessed to have him in our lives. He is such a loving, kind, and selfless father... watching him with Gwen (no matter what my mood) puts a bigger than life grin on my face. He deserves nothing but the best.

I can't believe it's the weekend already!

Baby Fever

I've caught it...

Baby Fever.

And, for some reason, I think that Hubby is pretty much on the same page. {sort of}

I can't wait to be "trying."

I'm not even sure what has brought it on, but it seems like it gets stronger every week.

Maybe it is because with each and every day Gwen becomes less and less of a baby and more of a toddler/kiddo with her own mind. I don't know.

But, it's here...

...but I want to make it past the summer...

yet, I don't.

I will, though.

Pinterest doesn't help... How to announce. Nursery ideas. Baby pics. It could be the death of me.

I will be patient... for just a little while longer.

I think that it's exciting just to be at this point mentally.

And I can't wait for the day that I can say we are expanding our family, but it isn't today :(
