Like most holidays for us, Easter was filled with many people to visit and lots of fun things to do. We started the weekend, heading to my sister-in-law's house in PA, to dye some Easter eggs, talk baby stuff, and spend the night.
Egg dyeing, with a toddler, went exactly how is should... messy and not very delicate. To be expected. Gwen was very excited to play with the Easter Eggs and colors. We made eggs for everyone, including Wiley and Baby R.
Lots of "whoas!" and "wows!" were heard from Gwen as she plopped eggs in each container and stirred them with her spoon. She was really into it!
Thank goodness for the supervision of Grandma and Daddy and Aunt Meghann, because without it, I think instead of just a stained toddler outfit and a bunch of slightly cracked eggs... we would have ended up with a rainbow colored house!
We ended the night all hanging out on the couch, watching tv, and catching up. It was a really nice time, and I know that Gwen {and us} loved seeing everyone.
